The SMPS DC Chapter's Housing in the DMV lunch occurred on November 8, 2023, at Clydes, DC. We want to thank all of you who joined us, making this gathering a resounding success. We'd also like to give a special thanks to our dedicated event sponsor, KGD Architecture, whose generous support enabled us to delve into the dynamic landscape of housing in the DMV region.
Our moderator, Chris Gordon, founding principal and co-president of KGD Architecture, shared his expertise and commitment to design excellence, setting the stage for inspiring discussions. The program included speaker presentations that provided insights into the challenges and innovations shaping the housing market in the DMV area. Ryan Nash, senior project manager at APAH, shared his experiences delivering affordable housing throughout the DMV. Frank Pinto, principal/president of PWC Companies, discussed the market forecast and financing and delivery of complex residential and senior living projects. Manny Egoegonwa, managing partner and co-founder of Cubed Partners, shared his wealth of knowledge in real estate investment, bringing a socially conscious and entrepreneurial focus to the discussion.
