Join us on August 25 for a thoughtful panel discussion designed for emerging AEC marketing and business development professionals. Panelists will share practical insights from their recent speaking sessions at the SMPS Northeast Regional Conference, exploring topics including buyer behavior, relationship building, AI, proposal strategy, career resilience, self-awareness, and professional growth.

The conversation will focus on takeaways emerging professionals can apply right away to build confidence, strengthen strategic thinking, and shape a meaningful career path. Expect practical advice, real-world examples, and plenty of “aha” moments, followed by a happy hour where the conversation (and connections) continue.

This event is geared towards Emerging Professionals and those new to the industry, but all are encouraged to attend, learn, and network!

What you’ll learn:

  • Strategies for excelling in your role and growing your career
  • Best practices in proposal management and business development
  • How to apply takeaways to your day-to-day work

(Please note: this is a revamped version of the NERC Notes & Nuggets: What You Missed (and What Matters) program postponed from June.)
